The neighbors dropped off a watermelon dessert. It was fabulous and unexpected.I wish I had invented the idea because it was great. I also wish that I would have asked for the recipe.
So the watermelon was cut into thick slices and had a “sauce” and toppings like pizza would look. The sauce I think is yogurt, cream cheese, and something maple, maybe syrup. It’s white.
The toppings she used where blueberries, raspberries, crushed walnuts and one side some kind of mint leaves. It is pretty and tasty.

I would love to try such a dessert. Ever summer season, I do always have them in the firdge.
