Skill VS Knowledge

One of these is not like the other. They cannot be used interchangeably. They are two very different things and depending on the role you have, one may be more important than the other.  If you are teaching you need detailed knowledge. If you are doing the job, you need the skills.

Having both is a great thing, skills are harder to learn because they require practice. Practice makes perfect if you practice perfectly. That takes time and practice. To learn a skill you have to adopt new habits and routines.

According to the experts, after six days,  most people remember about 15% of a casual conversation. The information is still in and the recall is not as active as many of us would like.

It is important to know if you need to learn a new skill, rather than simply new information. They are very different things.
