In my country, homemade coffee is most often prepared. However, there is another way to make coffee.
People often make coffee here when the water is warm. Then they add coffee. This coffee have bitter taste.
There is a recipe for simply coffee that is not bitter. The coffee is added to cold water. After that you just cook coffee.

Maybe. I added black coffee in the cold water and i cooked. The taste is better.
