Today, I remembered a few memories of my holidays and the sea by viewing pictures. I’m hardly waiting for this year’s vacation. I also found this among the paintings. The shooting was done in Mali Losinj where I spent my vacation. During the evening walk, I photographed the sky with clouds. In the picture, you can see a part of the street with palm trees. Since it was already a topic, of course, only contours or palm trees silhouettes are seen. Family palm tree (Arecaceae) has more than 3,000 different species that thrive in tropical, subtropical and Mediterranean climates from tropical rainforest to desert oases. The elegant character of the palm tree is the result of a symmetrical shape that is typical of most palm trees.

Adore these marvellous trees, unfortunately, they don’t grow in Russia.
We do not even have many palm trees. I see them on vacation by the sea.
I miss the palm trees of Thailand and Malaysia. But Maryland does not have palm trees!
We do not have a palm. I see them just by the sea.
For me to see them I have to drive 12 hours 🙂 (Florida) or fly 7 hours (California).
We are in a similar situation. I also have to take a few hours to see palm trees ?
I worked on a project in Malaysia for a couple of months. I loved the actual palm tree forests there!
I believe you. Surely palm trees in Malaysia are more beautiful because they have other climatic conditions
I always thought they look like coconut trees! hehe
I’m sorry I do not know coconut trees
Very beautiful picture … we grow palm trees, but only at sea
Thank you, Lado, I agree. Unfortunately, they grow only by the sea.
And there they were attacked by a larva that destroyed it greatly
That looks like it was a great stroll. What a super picture. I love palms, the sound the fronds make when the wind blows is the best. 🙂
Thank you so much Kim. I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, I enjoy all this only on my leave.
I also like palm trees as they have a timeless character about them. They grow so slowly that we won’t notice any major change for years. It is a great picture Vidocka.
Thank you so much. The palm trees are really wonderful. We have them just by the sea.
Lovely photo and yes, native to New Zealand is the Nikau Palm but we also have imported Palms
Thank you, Pamela. I love palm trees very much, but I only see them during my vacation at sea.
