if we are ever tired. Whether because of overwork, lack of sleep, such and other efforts, or for other reasons.

But what if we are tired most of the time? There are some “simple” causes for chronic fatigue.

1. Dehydration

Even minor dehydration can noticeably lower our energy levels, affect our well-being and also our cognitive abilities. That is why it is very important to drink throughout the day.

2. Omission of meals

This is especially true for those who do more demanding work and who need a regular supply of energy through food. That is why it is important not to miss meals and fill them with as much live food as possible. But let’s not forget: Even junk food can make us extremely tired because we spend too much energy on digestion!

3. Excessive use of phone and computer

We have phones and computers almost all the time. We keep up to date with everything we do and allow the devices to work on us, both mind and radiation. The worst part is that they are used just before bedtime.

4. Alcohol

Alcohol has a negative effect on the body and our mind, so we turn around at night and can’t fall asleep or feel like an “old rag” the next day.

  1. Most of us are a bit dehydrated they say. I do try to drink plenty of water, and stay active. Diabetes forces me to eat right. I sleep great and very sound, not tired throughout the day, but I get up with the sun and also go down with it.
