The rule of thumb is soccer is if the coach does not win enough games to satisfy the fans and his bosses, it is time for a change since the speeches are the same to the players if a coach stays with one team for a very long time. As Ted Turner would say “Change is good.”

That is a good question since I know who are the soccer coaches of the European soccer teams like my knowledge of cricket. Hardly any knowledge.
