Sharing the harvest

It is the start of summer here which means tropical fruits are in season. Our fruit trees have matured fruits that I harvest every now and then. Since we cannot consume all the fruits so our recourse is to give away more than half. After giving sharing with the neighbors, now is the turn of relatives. Fortunately there is a delivery system working so we can send the harvest to our relatives.

In the picture are the fruits that were harvested from our trees – the green ones are the star fruits, the yellow are the cashew fruits and the fruits inside the plastic tubs are the pickled mangoes. For sure the recipient was jubilant.
