Rana our Bull Terrier was not like any other Bull Terriers we hear so much about. He loved everything around him including this stray dog we had adopted. We had named her nimmi. She lived in the garden and Rana would visit her often.
Here she is with her puppies and Rana is not the father. It is wrong to assume Bull Terriers are ferocious or violent. If given the right training they could be the most loveable pets as Rana was. Rana lived for ten and a half years. We have an album full of his pictures mostly playing with Kittie our cat. They were very close to each other and on this I can write a book.
Any animal could be tamed and that with loads of love could result in the most amenable pets.

Wonderful photo and story, I am pretty much between pets now but thining of adopting another cat,
Pets are such lovely companions each with their individual personalities.
I have many. One of my dogs left after losing my son, she was 14 and never returned.
Sad to hear that Carol. Where could she have gone?
No pets, no stories from me. I even do not know what the dog I would want to have. Never thougfht about this.
That is a different kind of story. If you are fond of animals then it will not be difficult for you to choose.
Very interesting story, agree that in case of right training Bull Terriers could be the most loveable pets. Unfortunately, don’t have pets now because of the allergy. Had two nice hamsters in my childhood – they like to hide everywhere in the house very much!!!
Sad that your allergies keep animals away from you.
I don’t want to share any stories because I don’t have pets … I agree with this that bull terriers are not as offensive animals at all as some are writing …. it all depends on the owner … if the owner is kind and these dogs will be nice too being very kind, but raising them for fights can be no different than offensive
I am not aware that they raised for fights.
It happened to us and then it happened that they tore the owner into dying
