The US government hopes to soon have a vaccine to fight the virus that has killed 17 people in China, according to Fox News.
According to information released by the World Health Organization, coronaviruses are a large family of viruses. While some cause ‘simple’ pathologies like colds, others can cause more serious illnesses. Some of these microorganisms are easily spread between humans, and others aren’t.
They predict that the vaccine will be ready to use within a year.
