So I am up. I have had a cup of tea and I am ready to face a new day. We have tentative plans this evening to meet with friends. I don’t love tentative plan. I don’t know how to prepare for that. I am just going to assume it is not going to happen. Then I won’t give it another thought unless I hear from them.
Now, what choices do I want to deal with today?
~ take all medications
~ perform a random act of kindness
~ after all the showers, get started on the laundry
~ work at least one hour of overtime
~ clean out the fridge
~ set a timer for every thirty minutes to remind me to be mindful

Awesome! Maybe think about making a to do list as a challenge. This inspires me to want to do more.
That is an idea. I do like choices because the day never goes as planned. It just does not.
