Yesterday was a busy day for me so I couldn’t post in this challenge. However, it really doesn’t matter because it is very rare for our posts to be approved during the weekends.
I love watching birds no matter how common or dull they look. I had a lovely time taking pictures of pond herons in different moods and postures last weekend.
This dull looking bird looks so bright and white when it spreads its wings to fly. It could curl/bend itself into a ball like posture too sometimes. I haven’t observed these birds too much until now. While taking photographs of these birds I learn quite a bit about their nesting habits and their general behavior.
I enjoy taking pictures and have so much fun posting them here on Virily.

What is disturbing is that I see very few birds here. I had loads of them.
It is disturbing indeed, we are taking over their habitat and they have no place to go.
That is my one of the soothing things in life for me.
I have created a great atmosphere for them but these days I see their number has decreased sizeably.
I love seeing birds and I love listening to them.
Such a lovely capture!
