Found this rose of sharon photo in my archives. Sharing with Kim’s Themes by the Month challenge.
I always love seeing the rose of sharon start to bloom. The bees love the nectar. If you look closely you can see a pollen covered bee in the middle of the bloom. Very cool to photograph.
Spring will be here in a few months. Looking forward to more blooms.

Well… we only have two seasons here. Rainy and Summer.
I forgot about that, not much to choose from then.
Love that pale color. And that bumble bee is sure laden. Hopefully it was able to fly. lol. Great share!

Thanks Kim, sometimes I wish we could get a do-over on these polls. I miss these blooms. I ave three plants and they stay in full bloom. And covered in bees.
And spring can never get here soon enough for me!
I’d love to say autumn but we don’t have much of an autumn here.
We didn’t this year, went from summer to winter.

Sometimes we do need more than one answer. I feel the same as you about the setons. Nothing like the start of fall football. And the blooms is spring.

Every season holds something different…I think life’s experiences makes more of a difference and some may often rate a season according to that experience.
Others make the most what ever life brings their way…
As for moi…I’m too much of a bardian not to see and feel the poetry of life, even on bad hair day(excuse the pun?)…?

That is a very lovely rose, I now have painful memories of summer because in the summer I lost my soul mate, I still like summer but now I focus more on autumn
I feel the same about December, lost my son, brother and sister in December. So sorry.
