I recently posted about a dessert I ate at Cracker Barrel. I edited the photo and asked for you to guess. In case you missed it, here is the link… Prisma Dessert.
So now for the big reveal. What is this dessert? It was a Very Berry Ice Cream Treat at Cracker Barrel. It has vanilla ice cream, cool whip, blueberries, strawberries, white chocolate slivers and sugar and cinnamon coated crispy wafers at the bottom, then topped with pecans and brown sugar. Delicious! This was a free birthday dessert I had awhile back.

I did not guess right … it looks very tasty
I thought on the first one those looked like crackers, but that made no sense. lol Now it does. Cracker barrel wow. I guessed some of the ingredients correctly. I bet that was yummy!
Yes it was delicious Kim, and only seasonal so I don’t know when they will have it again.

Just about ice cream, my answer was right.

At first I thought it has some type of wafer at the bottom. Then, i saw the stuff on the top of it, and thought it was a crumble for a cobbler lol. Then I looked again and thought i saw a strawberry. Looks yummy!
Yes they were thin crispy cracker like thingies (not sure what to call them).
