Sometimes you get tired of walking but you continue because you are in a hurry. When feeling tired, you should give your feet a rest because it may give you an issue when you grow old. Especially the ankle and the knee, they are susceptible to joint problems hence you need to give them a little care.

I used to be able to walk a lot further than I can now but I still try and do a couple of miles each day.
You’re very right, Alex. We should definitely rest when we’re tired. Sometimes if I have to do a lot of walking I will sit down for 5 or 10 minutes and rest before starting on my journey again.
