I’ve seen it happen many times … sometimes at my workplace, sometimes at some gatherings or projects…
People are weird… they’re usually forgetful but seems to have unlimited capacity for negative stuffs others did to them …
And such “memories” can then become “biased” and “prejudice” … like I’ve seen someone refused to answer a call from another … I’ve seen someone refusing to listen or let someone talk at all even when its not the time to be getting petty – e.g in a meeting.
Sometimes, when the matter is grave – like life and death … these prejudice still can’t be dumped … Why?
Maybe its good if we can try to remember the right things.

the problem is when we allow our prejudice to color our perception of events, turning a trivial exchange into an unforgivable sin
I have experienced many such situations at work
The habit of judging makes people accustomed to assuming that once a frog will still a frog, a former thief, however, still has to be the main suspect when something is missing.
Sorry, I don’t appreciate the language. I think it should be removed.
I don’t mind you reporting it.
Anyway, I’ve drop the admin a message to ask them replace the cover photo.
And then it’s up to them.
I don’t see anything wrong with this post or the picture. Has it already been altered?
