Relaxing with Brendel

Have been out in the screen room enjoying the sunshine. Yes my cats always join me. I snapped a photo of Brendel. She was watching a rabbit in the yard. Then she went to sleep. Surprise! And the Dude was asleep in a nearby spot on the floor.

Today has been a beautiful day with lots of sunshine. It was welcomed after so many days of rain. And the temperatures have been nice in the 60s. Perfect weather. If only it would stay like this.

Enjoying the little things in life. Those are the most important.

It seems that life gets harder on a personal level each and every day. Hug those you love every day. You never know when the tragedies of this world may visit your life.

  1. You’ve asked a tough question Carol, one that requires a long answer. Let me net-net and say it is hard when we realize we have left someone out by accident. Painful, and something we try to make up.

I am sure the instant isn’t lost if we remember!

    • I am not saying to think negatively, just a reminder to tell those you love around you and spend time with them as much as possible. Life can change quickly. I have lost too much not to share this reminder.

  2. I can give you an example of what you mean. Today I had a meeting with my mental health doctor scheduled. For some unknown reason the nurse told me that my original mental health doctor is no longer at the clinic. At least we had a good relationship during my meetings with her and I look forward to working with her replacement.

  3. Your cat is beautiful. You know I live in a place where people have lovely cats and dogs. And they behave and live like as normal human do and they enjoy as much as their owners do.
