Relaxing at night to fight stress

For the busybodies I’m sure you experience the stress brought about by the daily grind. Some have no more time but to fall flat on the bed to sleep. If you care to relieve yourself of stress, take 30 minutes before bedtime to relax your mind. And how do you do it? Lie down on a reclining chair and look at the stars. It is best if you are alone in your reminiscing. Sooner or later you will feel you muscles to be getting loose and that is a sign that stress is leaving your body.
