After all that needs to be done is over for another day that will soon pass, when there are no more people to talk to, while a million questions still rage in the mind, then nature is the best friend to talk and listen to.
Nature that speaks in its own language, is spiritual intelligence that seems more silent even though it is actually the best teacher to consider rather than being regarded as something that passive and merely a shadow of life. Nature which encompasses us, can show the capacity of our consciousness or scale to show spiritual growth and provide a perspective on where we are on our spiritual journey, from us who are very ignorant and only someone who is very selfish, conscious only of himself and only thinking about himself to the highest point of 100% which refers to the culmination of one’s spiritual growth, namely the Awareness of the True Self (Enlightenment) or achieving Unity with God. Of course, most people will find it difficult to accept and understand this as elementary school students will find it difficult to understand high school learning.
Well, even if we don’t care about that, at least nature with all its parts in a single unit can provide freshness, peace, tranquility, and bliss. At least nature can help rid ourselves of stress, the burden of mind, and anxiety.

Q: Do you often feel refreshed and free from tension by the nature?
Yes (14 votes) – 100%
I am so happy to see that all the answers are yes!
I agree with you completely, Ellie. Thank you very much.
I am glad you understand what I am writing about and how it relates to that picture.
Maybe it’s because I was less active for a few days so that I didn’t know what had happened here.
Since the last two weeks, I have written about the limitations of time in a number of posts and on several comments. There are also days when I don’t post, but I try my best to share something here.
I smelled a “conflict” when reading Sabrina’s post. But I am sure it has passed.
No no no… I don’t know about any conflict, between anyone. I merely thought there was some kind of conflict happened when Sabrina wrote the poem, and that does not mean I have a guess that you are in conflict with her. You can read my comments at Sarina’s post. Now I even wonder when you say that you have a conflict with some friends here, because I have read some tension between several other friends here before, and that is not you.
And to be honest, I really don’t want to talk about that, here or anywhere.??
I thought I don’t need to mention the names of all the friends who ever have had conflicts here so far in Virily. As a close friend, I hope that you do not accuse yourself of being a conflict maker here.
I mention that just to illustrate that I have been less active for the past few weeks so that I do not follow much about things here. That’s all. My apologies if it offends you but I have absolutely no intention other than to explain how I am less active.

V naravi se počutim zelo mirno, sproščeno. Sometimes it just helps to look at the garden.
That is the wonder of nature, even the smallest miracle of it is very valuable.
Walking in nature is really a real balm for the soul and the body
I fully agree with you, dear friend.
Do you ever take the time and go for a walk in nature, dear friend?
I still do that as long as there is time available, dear friend. Generally on holidays, while on weekdays, I only jog or walk in the morning for about 30 minutes.
It’s nice, dear Albert … I do not go too much … every day from half to 1 hour is enough
Yep! Healthy is an important thing to enjoy life, right?
Indeed, I often feel as one with nature. So glad I have it in my backyard and can visit any time I desire. You photo is such a healthy green.
Yes, most of your posts describe your closeness to nature, dear friend.
I know, many are probably so tired of my nature posts. Oh well, it is my life basically.
It might be like that, as well as I think people are bored with all my thoughts, but perhaps it’s better if we don’t think too much about how people think about our writing so that we stay productive.
I always think nature is a good relaxing “agent”!
It can also refresh the mind!
That’s right, especially if the mind wants to give up to shift its focus to nature.
Nature will make you want to take that shift …
It seems that you have a special closeness to nature and have a lot of experience…
Especially my green acts as a stimulant of the soul body.
I am happy that I often see how you consume green food in many of your posts…
I find the path to nature is relaxing. Being in nature is relaxing. It is the path out away from nature where stress finds me.
People with consciousness like you must have high spiritual intelligence that can easily separate inner peace with the hustle and bustle of the world that can bring stress.
I am not sure I am at the level yet where I can fully do that at will. I know the triggers however.
Let’s take the easy picture, say that 20% is the general condition of most people who are very selfish and 70% are saints, so maybe we can more easily place an approximate point for our level of consciousness. The great thing is, you know the trigger.
Thank you, Albert!
I will respond with the Billy Joel line – I’d rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints. The sinners are much more fun!
In the same way I would sing Ian Gillan’s song “No Laughing in Heaven”.
It is interesting how we present the attainment of perfection. We live in the reality of politics and disasters. A world where people do things we are horrified by. But our presentation of perfection is a quiet restful place. I seek the quiet, at times, but the noise is important as well!
We both know that noise and quiet are twins, and of course, we need both.
They are the balance are they not.
This blog really hits the spot since seeing nature is indeed refreshing.
Those who feel close to nature will indeed reap the benefits.
That is one thing I did not appreciate when my relatives went to visit my late grandma in the countryside of Panama. Now I really appreciate seeing nature’s wonders here in America.
Perhaps the age factor affects the orientation of our interests and concerns.
You have a very good point there since I was a youngster back then.
In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect. Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they’re still beautiful.
Hmmm… You understand nature very well, dear friend
Thank you pleasure all mine
I am the one who must thank you… So, thank you very much.
