Reduce It

I did a little research and decided that I am an expert and expressing stress and perhaps even creating stress! This isn’t great news, and still, it makes it clear that there is plenty of work to be done. I am certain, with a little bit of help from my friends and family I will get better at combatting stress.

I read the linked article I researched twice and I am almost positive that there are some of these things I can do and not mess it up. I will probably start with the easy ones and work my way up. It is dark and early here so there are some limitations. (Oddly I have not heard Bro up yet and that is not normal. Perhaps checking on him is the first most important way to reduce some stress.)

  1. Just take it easy and remember no worries. I already told you I talk my way out of situations. Like I had a nap today and I woke up and for some reason, I felt odd. Now for me with no medical problems feeling odd gets my nerves in dander. I start thinking about why and what is happening to me. By the time I am done, I am a dishrag and really not feeling well. So I give myself a scolding and I force myself to keep working at my PC. Sure enough by this hour, I am back to feeling myself again. Whatever it was was just that nothing. So I tell myself What in the world did you think was going to happen? and There is no reason to make yourself feel even worse.
