Raspberry has SPF 50: The lightest protection against strong sun

Raspberry is tasty but also rich in antioxidants. One hundred grams of raspberry fruit gives 44 percent of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C.

It is rich in folic acid, vitamins K and E5, manganese, magnesium, potassium. Raspberry seed oil contains a high level of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, as well as vitamin E.

Thanks to them it protects the skin from strong sunshine. It is estimated that the protective factor (SPF) of this oil is between 28 and 50.
