Another one from my garden, I love this purple bugambilia (sorry but I have no idea of this flower’s name in English) and I think it fits perfectly in Kim’s Color Crazy Challenge.
I have seen some of other colors but I don’t know why in the area where I Iive only the purple ones survive during the winter.

I have three in my yard. The red, the hot pink and the white with pink edges. I have been trying to find this one, but it is hard to come by in San Diego for some reason. I love it. Great picture.
We call the Bougainvillea here as well.
Very pretty. I have many colours of bougainvillea. They will all start blooming now
it sounds silly whatever you call it
My neighbor has this and it is gorgeous, we call it Bougainvillea in the US.
