Pumpkins

I love pumpkins, I use it often when cooking, especially for soups. It is a vegetable that last some months after the harvest so we collect ours last month and I am sharing a photo of some with you.

As far as I know pumpkin is low in calories and high in fiber, has many benefits for vision and strengthens our immune system.
