I just love these flowers though they are pretty common. Cosmos are easy to grow and the bloom abundantly. I haven’t had them in my garden for years now as they look prettier in bushes than in small containers. I have only a container garden .
This picture was taken in a meadow behind some rocks we went trekking to. There was a small lake besides the rocks we spent the day there as a family . It was a nice picnic spot unspoiled by crowds of people and noise, just the tinkling of cowbells as they grazed besides us. It was peace all around.
Such lovely memories looking at this one picture.

I had cosmos maroon and yellow. I have the yellow now.
The flowers are especially beautiful when seen in nature
Although they are everywhere, they are wonderful flowers.
First time I see this type of flowers, and… they are really nice! I think we haven’t got them here… and, yes, whenever I watch pictures, memories come to my mind.
