Patio Salad Bowl

I have always planted salad greens in the garden in spring. However, after the covid-19 stay at home orders, I decided to plant some greens and other vegetables on the enclosed patio. I thought it may be a good thing to grow my own food just in case supplies got really scarce. It didn’t take long for the salad bowl which included two different types of lettuce, kale and spinach, began to flourish. I can now ¬†make salads from the produce on my patio. In addition to the salad bowl in the photo, there is garlic growing in another pot and it is doing quite well. It is amazing the things you can grow indoors, sort of.
