I love seeing palm trees any time of the day, these stately tree swaying against the wind always remind me of my childhood. They looks spectacular against sunsets and along beaches. However they do look pretty against any skyline and when I saw this rows of trees against a blue sky I had to grab a quick picture from my car window.
These scenes somehow fill me with peace and quite. I wanted to share this picture with you for the Sky Sunday challenge.
I was hoping that at least a few of my pending posts would see the light this weekend but, I don’t see much happening until now. Hope you are having a great weekend.

I have palms of various types and yes they do adorn the topography
This is one tree I cannot grow in my garden, I do have some parlor palm and I had one ponytail palm which died last year.
I wish I could pass on what we call royal palm. They just proliferate.
The royal palms are huge, not as big as the coconut palms but you still need real garden space. Maybe you are talking about the parlor palm / Chamaedorea elegans. Is it the one we use for interiors? We have them growing wildly in our apartment garden. I have a couple of them in my home as well.
What you call royal is known as bottle palm here and yes they are tall. I have five of them. And what I called royal is actually areca and that is what grows here unabated. . Mistakes happen Eeeeeeeeeek!!!

This is so beautiful! I love palms, but all we have here are short palms in flowerpots .
The parlor palms are great for interiors. I have a couple of them indoors. These if planted outside in the earth grow into huge trees.
Palms grow here too, but only by the sea where the climate is much warmer
