Putting up a Christmas tree is a borrowed tradition but a star and a crib is what has been a traditon here for years.
We have always preferred a white star as can be seen in the photo but many go for different colours. We have not put up a crib this time as our time goes towards planning for that party.
There are competitions here both for the star and crib We do not take part. Christmas brings out the best in us – generosity, enthusiasm and what have you.
