In the photo is our special fried rice from the recipe of my mother. We call it murisqueta from a Spanish word, I guess. The other ingredients aside from rice are garlic, onion, scrambled egg, Chinese sausage and spring onion (optional). The flavoring is soy sauce only. I will post the procedure for cooking next time.

I like this post because ive been thinking about preparing fried rice! it’s a signal to make some soon
Fried rice used to be a everyday meal for me when the boys were younger, That is all they would eat and I would try and add as many veggies and meat as possible.
It looks very tasty. I haven’t tried it yet
This is quite similar to one of the Chinese-style fried rice we usually eat here too. As I don’t really like the Chinese sausage, I usually just leave it out and have the plain fried rice with egg and perhaps garlic/onion. Sometimes I add other vegetables as well.
at my place, we make a fried rice base and then throw all the leftovers in as well…
I have never eaten fried rice, my friend
I order it when I go out but never tried making it at home.
Sounds quite similar to our fried rice …
but our option of meat is different
Yes , rice is great source of energy
We, south Indians too, make fried rice.
