1. I hate wasps and I have been stung by a wasp before.

2. I am allergic to bee and wasp stings. I have ended up at ER before due to stings, and almost was hospitalized.

3. I don’t remember having a sting.But they had started to make a booster in the aluminum door opening for my balcony. We had to take action.

4. We call this wasp a Yellow Jacket here in the states. Yes, I have been stung by them. Unlike the bee they don’t die when they sting you. You sure feel like it for about an hour though, they do hurt.

5. I have been stung sadly many times by Wasps.

     • i do, but there was a nest under our deck two weeks ago so I got stung!

       • I had one too, but I sprayed it well with one effective spray and I think I destroyed it

         • I sprayed, but I found the nest first and they got me before I had the spray in hand!

7. Yes, unfortunately we do have wasps in New Zealand.

9. I kill them wherever I find them, and trash their nests as well

       • I do not know what year there are only a huge number of them and they are very annoying, dear friend

10. Wasps actually don’t bite. They sting like a bee and I know because I had experienced that many times LOL.

12. I have these in my garden now. When photographing the butterflies I see them often. As a chid I was stung several times by these.

15. I have been stung by a wash a year ago, I didn’t notice that it had built a nest in a tree I was trying to prune. It was an awful experience.
