We call it the railway creeper as it is often seen on fences of Railway Stations. They are invaders as once they are introduced in a garden they refuse to leave. They also come in white.
I have them all over the garden and we regularly pull them out but they refuse to go. Having said that let me admit that they are pretty as you can see from the photo.
If one has the patience to train them artistically they could add glamour to any garden.

Yes , I have spotted this creeper but did not remember exactly where .
Not many care for this creeper as it is common and spreads.
