This is my homemade olive oil bread. I made it yesterday, usually this bread is only cooked for Easter, it is a tradition here, but we love it so much that I decided to make some.
This bread contains wheat flour, eggs, a little bit of salt, homemade yeast and olive oil. It always give me a lot of work but as my daughters and my grandchildren like it so much I don’t mind do it, besides my daughters now always help me baking it.
