The fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent went off the beaten track and designed this crocheted bridal gown. It is reported that he got this idea from the Russian nesting dolls.
It is little known whether he became famous or lost his position when this dress was introduced. Nor is it known if brides opted to wear such an outfit
