Not getting a good sleep at night

For so many reasons, we can be robbed of sleep at night and that would affect our disposition on the next day. When I sleep much later than my bedtime hour, I would toss and turn that it takes another hour before my mind could agree to sleep. Maybe the body is complaining that I should have slept earlier.

Taking a nap is the most common remedy for those who lacked sleep on the night before. Just 30 minutes to 1 hour would reinvigorate the body as to forget that you lacked sleep. But a nap of more than an hour is excessive that it can result in a headache. For those with an active body, it is best to take a shorter nap.
