Nature Tuesday – Winter branches

It’s snowing again!

The snowflakes come floating from the sky and settle silently, one after another, on the green branches of this shrub. It’s a decorative bush in the park but I do not know exactly what it is. Maybe you help me find out!

Ileana

“I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields, that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says, “Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.”
