I usually walk by the lake, river, field and meadows. Occasionally, I decide to climb to a lower hill. There are quite a few of them near my home. Last autumn I visited a small hill to see a small church. The weather on the hill was wonderful. From the hill there was a gorgeous view of the valley, although there was a little mist in the valley, to the nearby mountains. For a while, I stayed on the hill and enjoyed the beautiful nature.

the LA basin is pretty flat, but my parents live by the foothills of Mount Baldy which is where I did most of my hiking

I don’t mind to sit on the hill with you for a while. I live in the hills too, and a few meters from the edge of my yard is a cliff.

There are hills here, but I am already nestled in the mountains.
I never walk alone for a walk, so I feel more secure
