Sometimes I think that even everyday routine is all I need to be happy. And I realize that happiness especially well when life is flooded with cold water.
But I feel most happier knowing that life will always give me a second chance to repeat what I once did not dare.
Looking at these cacti, I recall how I hiked a few kilometers by the mountain road to see natural beauty, some blooming cacti. It was a couple of years ago, in Gran Canaria, but it’s not these cacti that you see in this photo. I know that captured a few photos but now, in a rush, I cannot find them. Anyway, these are also a creation of nature.

Those cactus are beautiful, we don’t have it here.
Even though I live in Chicago, which is not exactly a desert, the Prickly Pear cactus grows in our area. They have beautiful yellow flowers. Unfortunately I haven’t seen any lately.
They are quite common in Malaysia, and I think they are quite easily to grow, as even I don’t have a green thumb, I was still able to grow a few cactus plants when I was young.
Cactuses grow in the US and many large ones out in the deserts here. In Florida, they also grow by people’s houses.
I doubt if it is considered exotic here They grow easily and yes there are some rare types of cactus that cactus lovers go for.
the word for this type of plant is succulent, which cracks me up
The table next to them says that it is Spherical Cactus, as I know succulent’s plants have no thorns.
my bad, for some reason I thought all cacti were succlents…
What a nice picture that reminds me of the Garden by the bay in Singapore.
They are common in the US, especial in the desert. But many have them in their gardens.
