I can celebrate this day. I think these cookies are fabulous. I have decided to change it up a bit for my family.
I go up early and got the cookies made. Then I turned them into ice cream sandwiches with salted caramel ice cream. It’s a treat we all enjoy and I don’t take the time to do it often. My husband is sort of grumpy because he has to wait until my sister and brother get back from doctor appointments so they can enjoy it with him.
(Apparently there are more issues with my brothers’ lungs and they are going to address that today.)
It will be a celebration.
