Nobody has ever landed on the gray lunar dirt since 1972 after Apollo 17. Some Americans believe that the Moon landing was a hoax and NASA has never made it to the Moon.
On the other hand, there are many conspiracy theories on the subject, as some uninformed people claim that there were no stars in the background of the photos taken on the Moon. However, NASA is working to return astronauts to the Moon by 2024.

the US just ignored the moon for almost 50 years, until China decided to land there and then suddenly they are interested in the moon again
I am not sure why people would bother to go to all that trouble to fool anyone, I believe it, We have a station in Gisborne sending rockets into space
In my view, it’s really hard to tell what is true or not unless you yourself have collected some facts so it’s not that easy to like have a survey about NASA without digging into it.
