Sharing a photo of my shadows. My two cats. Brendel and the Dude in my lap. Every now and then they decide to get along and share for a few minutes. They sat in my lap for about 20 minutes. Then the Dude decided it was time to go and look for another spot. He has to be able to stretch out. He is much bigger than Brendel. But she is the boss.
I spoil both of my cats. But that is what they are for I believe. They are such company to me, and provide such entertainment. The least I can do is spoil them, right! I am so glad I rescued them both when I did.

Some time ago I had a cat. I agree that they are many therapeutic animals.
Yes I think most animals can be therapeutic.
Bond, Mumps and Burt are cats that just being around me and making my day better.
I love the names, so creative. I know you enjoy cats like I do.
My nephew comes up with the names. After the loss of Poochie, the three cats have filled the void of the deceased dog.
Sorry there have been losses along the way. I lost dogs as well, and now have two cats.
That is okay. They are gone but never forgotten.

Btw, do you wear socks every day? Is it because of the temperature?
Yes I do when I am inside. But not the temperature inside, I just like having something on my feet indoors. If I go out, usually sandals this time of year. But I need to be very careful on these hardwood floors. That is how I injured both knees a few weeks ago. Very slippery. I am trying to make a habit of wearing socks and shoes now.

No, socks make it more slippery. I was wearing socks when I slipped. I need to wear shoes with my socks.
Cats are really friendly animals, dear Carol … I just read somewhere that the cat is more accustomed to the environment than a human … I read this … I do not know if this is true
Yes the are, these are my best friend. That is something to think about.
I think animals are good friends and companions!

You are correct. Many animals do this, and more people are learning this and getting therapy animals to help with stress.
