Many things around me make me happy. Nature, birds, sunsets, etc. Sharing a photo of Brendel for Ellie’s My Happy List challenge.
And here is Miss Brendel. She is my baby. Snapped this photo of her sitting on the fireplace and in front of the tv.
I adopted her before the Dude. And she does not let him forget she was here first. She is the queen. Deservingly so. She has chronic bronchitis, causing fluid to build up in her lungs. Nothing to be done except steroids. Been there, done that, with not good side effects.
So I just enjoy having her around every day. Spoiling her as much as she allows. You can see from the photo, most of the time, she seems content.

one happy thing to share. Well, I got the bird feeder full again. This time I did it without spilling all over the back yard.
No birds, so no pictures but I will get some pictures!
There she is, for your viewing pleasure. Posing on the fireplace, in front of the tv.
Oh good, you should see birds now. They thank you! Pictures are challenging.
yeah I outsmarted myself, i put the feeder under the trees in a safe place for smaller birds. But to get there i have to move a branch.
That is why my deck feeder works. I am able to stay inside with the camera on the tripod and click away!

I have been sharing so much of that Dude, I was reminded by Doc, it was Brendel’s turn. She said, ok then. She does keep going and I think the Dude might help.
Brendel is really the queen. It must show who is the “chief” in the house ?
She definitely is. Can you believe she survived on the streets and a shelter!
