Any fruit is first a flower.
Starting from this reality I thought it was interesting to start a photography project entitled “From flowers to fruits and seeds”.
Related to the rose, Rosa canina(dog rose) is widespread in most temperate and subtropical regions of the northern hemisphere.
The fruit of dog rose represents a true storehouse of vitamin C (ascorbic acid and dehydroascorbic acid), having a content 50 times richer than lemons. Due to the high content of vitamin C, it plays a very important role in the functioning of all the cells of the body, playing an important role in the fundamental metabolic processes.
The flowers are in different colors. Flower petals contain ethereal oil. Ethereal oils are natural, liquid aroma compounds that are mostly obtained by extraction from plants.

I could choose either pink or white in the first one – amazing shot!
Those where hard choices to make .. everyone of them are lovely.
We had dog roses at mother’s but never saw those rose hips as they are called. You have done a good job of showing them here.

It is not pomegranate(rodie in romanian). We call them măceaşe in romanian language.(hipberry in english)
