A new photo from the series Night in Targoviste.
It was raining earlier. I was so “caught” by … the political events of today (the government in Romania has just changed) that I didn’t even notice the rain. Only when I came out on the balcony I noticed the wet asphalt. The sky is now partly covered by clouds, partly with stars. The city lights dim the light of the stars so they are not very visible in this photo. There are a few, though!
My settings for this photo: f/3.6, ISO125 t 20 sec.

Another fantastic picture. I live in the countryside and have no way of seeing such an enlightened city.
