It was snowing all night and until the morning before dawn in Targoviste was a fairytale atmosphere. The trees on the street seemed to be powdered with sugar.
City lights have added mystery to this atmosphere…..and I felt like in a fairy tale.
Well! As usual, my words are too poor to describe what the eyes have seen in the morning. That’s why I asked for help from my best friend, my Nikon which, like every time, got me out of trouble!

Perfectly explained
Sometimes we need to get out of reality and to jump into a fairy tale.
This feels like a snow globe scenery!!
Nice …
We are since a few days in the kingdom of snow!?
I have felt the fairy tale when I was living in Panama and saw the decorations on the school buses and the television ads in Spanish since the Southern Command Network (S C N) could not run commercial ads since it was a military station of the U S Government..
I am a dreamer why not? snowing.. it is so beautiful while it is falling and after
That picture, stunning as it is, is quite the fairy tale setting. I just love how the light illuminate the snow and the tree branches covered in snow. Now that is what I call a snowy wonderland. I wish we had this sight here but the winter weather in the Outaouais valley has been very mild so far with just a spatter of snow lately after a snow storm two weeks ago. I want another snowstorm. Can you send some snow in a picture for me, please? Just kidding. You sure are a great photographer for catching this snapshot. Maybe I could move to Romania to enjoy that setting. Oh well, I guess a picture will do for now and I have to stop chatting so much. Good bye for now and keep posting pictures like this.
Thank you for your nice comment, HistoryGal! Snow will come to you before Christmas, definitely! I spoke to Santa Claus and asked him to send you!
Wooow …. it’s a stunning look
I like the lighting. I’m not a big fan of snow but the photo wouldn’t have worked as well without it.
Your photo of town is beautiful.
Thank you, Milica! I’m glad you like it!
Love the fairy-tale feel here.
Oh my, you have visited a fairytale land for sure my friend, and you captured the essence. Perfect!
I have to admit that I froze a little when I took the picture. But it was worth it!
