I made a new list of three things. It is something what is very important to me and it is good for my future at some way. There are my daily habits that make my life happy.
☆I take my medicine every day. I hope I don’t need my medicine in the future. When I take my medicine in the morning, I know I’m doing good for myself. I know i help myself today and it is good in the future when i stop with my medicine.
☆I am going at job. Every day I work is good for me because I know I am doing something useful. It’s very good to earn money and work job you like.
☆I am going to the gym. I try to do exercises every day. I can get good results in the gym. I don’t usually do hard workouts. Most of all I love walking at t
