Mutton trotters( paya) is most delicious traditionly dish of my country. This is very delicious and healthy dish . My husband had arranged friends get together and select mutton paya dish. I made two dozen mutton trotters for lunch. Bones broth is prepared whole night at low flame .I made it tasty masala and mixed bones brothin in this masala then cooked for several hours. Mutton Paya trotters were ready and served with hot naan. I presented dish with ginger, green chillies, lemon and green coriander to enhance its flavour. This mouthwatering dish ready to eat so friends enjoyed this tasty paye a lot and thanked me.Normally,this is winter dish but our people enjoy it also in summer season .
