Motorcycle should be solo riding only

In a surprise rule that was declared the other day, motorcycles with a passenger is not prohibited, only the solo rider is allowed on the road. That is to further restrain the travelers in consonance with the banning of all public transportation. The rationale is to make people stay at home because any kind of travel contributes to the risk of spreading the corona virus.

And what if the passenger is the wife of the rider? That wouldn’t matter. The rule is only the solo rider will be allowed on the road. Violators will either be given a traffic violation ticket or be arrested. Now, take your pick.
