Morning Jog

Honestly, I am not a health buff. I rarely go to the gym and I always eat unhealthy food most of the time. I know these won’t do me any good and I will regret it later on. That’s why I have decided to change my lifestyle a bit. I am doing some simple workouts at home. And last time, I went out for a jog. It was quite tiring but it was worth it. I felt good right after. It sounds cliche but regular exercise is good for all of us. It can help us control our weight, boost our mental health, decrease our risk of heart disease, and the list goes on.

  1. I have changed my life for me. I exercise 3 times a day and walk when I can. As a matter of fact today was a very nice day so I walked to town and walked home again. It was about an hour each way. I also do a walking thing online in the afternoon.
