I am definitely going to incorporate “deep work” into my New Years Plan. There were many good ideas there and some great habits that we built. We want those to be a big part of our life. Sometimes I wonder what people think when “older people” such I make drastic changes in their beliefs and perspectives. 2019 could be very shocking for those who are closest to me. I think it will be a good thing. It will be a a quiet change and it could be they don’t even notice. It is going to be interesting.
Each day is going to offer a to do list. And based on my real life and what is happening I can pick and choose. I only have to do and one and there is always the option of a forgiveness day that will be “made up”. I don’t believe perfection a reasonable goal.

I mostly do not work on plans and lists … whenever I make a plan, it’s “broken”
I don’t do to do list … I just simply can’t keep to them :/
Maybe the only one on my list should be “to follow the list” LOL
I started my vacation with a different list than I use during the rest of the non-vacation year! So far I’ve gotten most of the list done.
As far as shocking change, that is always interesting. I live in a house with a mix of young people, and then my wife and I. It is funny sometimes the conversations we have.
But I do know that my daughter, my wife and my twins have all changed my opinion over time.
