I have tried making Momos after tasting them while we were in Nepal. It was an official trip and we were invited to dinner at a house where the main dish was momos.
Momos are easy to make. The white flour is kneaded. Taking a small quantity it is flattened and stuffed with whatever stuffing one chooses. Mostly it is chicken mince stuffing Momos are then steamed.
Momos are normally eaten with tomato ketchup.
