Mixing It Up

Getting fit and losing weight is a common goal for many people. The more I learn about the process as I go to physical therapy, it makes more sense.

The key to having a great success is to mix it up, learn new activities, do different things and prevent boredom. It is key to keep cortisol levels down and HGH output high. You can begin by making a simple list of things that you enjoy and things you might want to try.

Here is an example of just such a list.

  1. Ride bikes
  2. Dance
  3. Swim
  4. Lift weights and resistance bands
  5. Walk

Simply pick 3 different activities and start doing those three things in one week.

It’s a beginning.

  • Will you share a list of activites you like to do?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Do you feel like you need more exercise?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Are you happy with your fitness level?

    • Yes
    • No

What do you think?

  1. I began exercising, I was inspired as I needed to vent somehow.
And I also need to tone up. πŸ˜€
I mainly walk, it helps to avoid taking the bus. I just don’t like to wait for it, hehe.
Then I do light weightlifting at home and also bodyweight exercises.
Gyms can be expensive and I feel uncomfortable in that environment.
