It is ironic that I am trying to maintain my weight so it will not go down. People tell me that I am very lucky because the usual problem with weight is how to lose the pounds. For me, it is how to maintain my weight because it seems like I easily lose weight when I miss a meal or a snack.
I usually have a snack in the mid morning and another in the mid afternoon. But not the heavy snacks, just crackers and soda will do. When I miss a snack expect my weight to go down by half a pound. In a few days I would be losing 2 pounds. That easy huh.
